What is your return policy?
You can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your purchase amount.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a solution.
Are purchases excluded from exchange?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
However, you can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received the return, we will issue a refund and you can place a new order.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us – we will, of course, arrange a replacement.
When will I receive my order?
All our products are individually produced for you only after you place your order.
Processing time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time (EU): approx. 3–10 business days
In total, you can usually expect to receive your order within 5–14 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are produced individually to order through our partner Printful.
Depending on the product and delivery address, manufacturing and shipping take place from the nearest production facility to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Our production partners are located in Europe and the USA, among other places.
Each item is custom-made for you – there is no mass warehousing.
How do I find the right size?
On every product page, you'll find a size chart to help you make your selection.
We recommend:
- Compare the measurements with a T-shirt or hoodie that fits you well.
- Measure the width and length and compare them with our chart.
If you are between two sizes:
- For a tighter fit → choose the smaller size
- For a looser fit → choose the larger size

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your location and the products ordered.
For deliveries within the EU, shipping costs are generally between €3.99 and €6.99.
We occasionally offer free shipping above a certain order value (if available).
